That’s quite a super massive reduction… big to the point that even the bonus of the weapons was deleted. I know it’s quite easy to increase his stats, but for them to fall so easily he’s probably got a cursed item, I don’t think there is another massive rebellion like the one near the beginning of the story. That one was quite big but it only removed 1 “point” from his water magic.
I say 1 point since after observing Noah’s status with + and without + I’ve seen F = 0, E = 1, D = 2, …, SSS = 8. Noah’s status without + is the sum of what is before and after the +.
Oh yes, while I’m at it, this is definitely the world with levels with the lowest average level I’ve ever seen. It makes sense that healing magic vanishing from the world makes leveling up hard, but the level cap being below 10 for almost half the population really doesn’t help.
However, since stats start at F and every level up diectly increases at least a stat by at least 1, Noah will be full SSS around level 90 if he keeps progressing at this rate. He only needs a way to farm xp efficiently.
By the way, if you start with full F and every level up is a single stat increased by 1, you reach full SSS at level 120, Noah seems to get 4 points every 3 levels
