Afterword
It’s been half a year since I last wrote. This is Yuki Hachi. The second volume has been released successfully. I’d like to thank everyone for their support. I really appreciate it. Especially my sons who recommended to their friends, ” My Dad is writing a book! “. My wife handed out business cards to the ladies of her acquaintance and drew the countdown illustration to the release date. Thanks to your hard work, the book was a big hit at a local bookstore, and for the first time in my life, a pop-up was written recommending the book. Thank you very much, Mr. I, the bookstore clerk. When I first saw it, I was so moved that I was shaking.
In the second volume, Elena, the princess of the other world temple, appears. She happens to be visiting the city of Drugul, and when she hears about Ryoji’s defeat of the Bull-Men, she yearns ‘the hero of the story. Later, she is captivated by sweets and her admiration gradually changes as she wears a maid’s uniform, as shown in the cover illustration. In the initial plot, she was a typical princess, and in the web version, her character is still the same, but only her image has changed. I didn’t expect her to become such a character! (See? You’re starting to want to read more, aren’t you?)
As for the other heroines, they are Carena, Melta, Sieve, and Elena, but many more will appear one after another. One of them was supposed to play a small role but was promoted to heroine based on the feedback from readers (see, you’re starting to wonder who she is, aren’t you?). And Luna-san’s favorite goddess, Iorus. She appears as the main character in the new story at the end of this issue as well. It was a struggle to get used to the first-person narrative, but I think I was able to bring out her cuteness well enough. I’m very proud of myself. In addition, Marco is about to get his hands on a sacred tool …… (You’re tempted to read it, ……, especially if you don’t want to).
Finally, some acknowledgments. I’d like to thank Miyo. N-san. for the wonderful illustrations she drew for the previous volume. This book would not be complete without your illustrations. And the proofreader who did his best to tsukkomi (proofread) my work, even though I submitted it with great enthusiasm saying, “This time!” It was a complete defeat. Next time, I won’t lose! Luna-san, who is in charge of this project, has been giving me trouble every time. I wrote the new story at the end of the book to dedicate it to her ( not true ). I’d like to thank all the readers for their comments and suggestions on the web version. Every time, I look forward to your comments and predictions about the next story. And to those who picked up this story without knowing about the web version. Thank you very much!
Ryoji’s slapstick story is still going on, and I hope you will continue to support it.
I wish you all a lot of happiness.
Nearly took over 10 months to finish this volume. Sorry about delays and late posts, will try to do better from vol-3.
